Team Building Rules and Liability Disclosure
Rules for Team-Building Events:
At Woodside Farm and Water Park, our top priority is ensuring a fun and memorable experience for our guests, with a strong emphasis on safety and well-being for all participants. We cannot stress it enough SAFETY FIRST
Corporate entities and organizations intending to hold team-building activities at Woodside Farm and Water Park must ensure the fitness and suitability of their participants for the planned activities. It is the sole responsibility of the company or organization's Human Resources Department to conduct or oversee the health screening of all employees or members participating in the event. The method and criteria for such health screenings shall be determined by the company or organization at their discretion, provided that they adequately assess the physical and mental fitness of participants for the activities involved.
Safety Precautions:

Participant Responsibility: All participants are responsible for assessing their own fitness levels and limitations in relation to the activities they will engage in.

Medical Disclosure: Participants are encouraged to disclose any relevant medical conditions or physical limitations to their HR department before participating in the event.

Safety and Emergency Procedures: Participants will be briefed on safety protocols and emergency procedures prior to the start of any activity.

Protective Gear: Appropriate protective equipment must be worn during activities as required.

Hydration and Breaks: Participants should ensure they are well-hydrated and take necessary breaks, particularly under conditions of high heat.

No Alcohol or Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs prior to or during event activities is strictly forbidden.

Adherence to Guidelines: All participants must follow the safety guidelines and instructions provided by the event organizers and park staff.

Monitoring Weather Conditions: Event activities are subject to change based on weather conditions for participant safety.
Liability Clause:
By choosing to participate in team-building events at Woodside Farm and Water Park, the participating company, organization, and individual participants acknowledge and accept that all activities are conducted at their own risk. Woodside Farm and Water Park, its owners, affiliates, employees, or agents shall not be responsible for and shall be held harmless against any and all claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from injury, loss, or damage of any kind resulting from the participation in such activities. This includes, but is not limited to, the responsibility for ensuring participant fitness and health screening prior to participation. The participating entities and individuals agree to indemnify and hold Woodside Farm and Water Park harmless from all such claims.
